Hi,

The SF100 dedipro.exe program will lost the toolbar icon configuration settings when I reset the program, the software version SF5.3.0.16 is the same, but SF5.3.0.8 is OK.

Hi,

during firmware update the SF-100 stop to work

and cannot be detect by the PC.

the GreeN LED is blinked during the connection but turn off and the red LED is turn on very low

how it can be resolved / firmware upgrade?

I am using SP100 F/W 3.0.1.  It cannot write 8MB image to flash part.  The flash part that I am using is that W25X64(A) .  My customer is using SP100 F/W 2.1.0.  They can burn the iamge into the same flash part successfully.

Please tell me the reason.

I have a SF-100 with firmware 2.0.8 .  I downloaded and installed the latest software, 5.3.<something>, but it did not update the SF-100 firmware.  Is it possible to update this SF-100?  Where do I get the update file?  I have read several reports of SF-100's becoming damaged due to firmware update.  Will mine be okay?  Serial Number DP003100.

 I am using Dediprog programmer SF100, with Version 5.3.022, and try to program the Macronix chip MX25L3236DM2I-10G.  However, the chip select manu, there is NO MX25L3236D chip, but has similar MX25L3235D/E or 3237D.  Please advise how I could load the MX25L3236D file into the programmer and program my chips.

We are running multiple SF100 programmers in our lab, we try to program the ATMEL AT45DB041D but the IC failed to be detected (software version SF6.0.1.18, SF6.0.1.15, F/W: 2.0.6). And the IC can't be erase/prog even select the model AT45DB041D by manual. Is there any patch or fix for this issue? my SF100 SN: DP002253.
