• How to select a specific device when 2 or more are detected?
  • Back to message board

Hi there!

Right now I'm using a SF-100 to program a MACRONIX MX25L6445E on an automated testing machine using DPCMD.EXE but when I use the auto detect function, several devices are discovered and by default takes the first one on the list. How can I select the correct device when more than one are discovered?

 SW version is: 5.3.0.21

Dear Leo,

You can select the chip manually by "--type" command. In dpcmd, it only supports programming the same chip at the same time. If you connect the different chips with different programmer, dpcmd will approve first detected chip.

If you still have problem or not understand, please mail to support@dediprog.com for supporting.

Thanks.
