did you support on affairs as per mentioned above?

i could not install driver (SF100 modal) into my Win7 64-bit O.S :(

please help with this issue. Appreciated it.

the modal should be SF100, not SP100

Dear John,

Thanks for using SF100.
Yes, SF100 supports 64bits OS.
You need to update the USB driver manually, atfer you install thenew software and exectue it, it will pop-up a picture for moredetails.

I didnt' get any popup on the 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium. Can you provide all details here on the message board?

Dear Umesh,

Thanks for using SF100.
About the driver updating, you can go to "Control Panel->Device manager" to updat the driver.
I am attaching the steps for more dedails.

If this is first time to install the SF100 software and USB driver on your PC, the "Device Manager" will appear "Unknow device"(or "SF100 ISP") instead of "Dediprog USB driver".
