I want to program a 1 meg image in the upper half of a 25vf016b (2 meg part). I cannot get this partial update to work, the image is always programmed starting at zero. How can I get this to work?

I have SW version 5.3.1.9 / FW 5.1.4

Dear Mr. Steve Nichols

For the partial update, you can set the batch option in the SF100 software "Config" .

To select the third option in the "Config" and fill out the address which you want to program, then click on Batch. The software will be according to your setting to program the chip.

Dear JM,

Thanks for interested in our products.

The SF100 is dedicated for SPI flash, it is unable to supportEEPROM.
BTW, we have a programmer EE100 which is able to supportEEPROM(I2C/SPI/uWire interface).
Please refer to following link for more details.
