You can find the EE100 pin out on page 8 and 9 of the specification.
The pin assignement is changing according to your target EEPROM: I2C, SPI or Microwire.

Yes, I have these info. But my understanding is that (p.8) is the connection to the programmer itself (ICP). How does that info relate to the cable that connects to the baseboard.
For example, the specs says pin 8 of the ICP is the VCC, which pin on the 2x4 or 2x5 header does this pin goes to? and so on.
BTW, I am using SPI EEPROM.
